Predoctoral Fellow
Postdoctoral Researcher
Lücken Lab - Helmholtz Munich (Germany)
Daria has completed her bachelors and master studies in applied math and physics, working in the field of structural biology and bioinformatics, studying the G-protein coupled receptors. During her PhD time in the Bock lab she was focused on understanding the epigenetic regulatory mechanisms in evolution (a profile of DNA methylation spectra of 580 animal species) and disease (understanding mechanisms of Ewing sarcoma and glioblastoma). After her PhD Daria has joined the Lücken lab at ICB and LHI, Helmholtz Munich. In her postdoctoral work she is developing computational approaches for understanding spatial patterns of cancer heterogeneity with a focus on non-small cell lung cancer.
