Agnieszka Kraft
Postdoctoral Fellow
Agnieszka Kraft is a postdoctoral fellow in the Bock Lab, which she joined in 2026. She completed her PhD in Computer Science at ETH Zurich, where she developed computational methods and analyzed multi-omics data to investigate intratumor transcriptional heterogeneity. Prior to this, she trained in bioinformatics and systems biology at the University of Warsaw, focusing on human 3D chromatin architecture. Currently, Agnieszka is developing generative AI methods to model the spatial cellular organization of tumor tissues and identify cellular patterns associated with patient outcomes.
